HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43511 OF 2017 ORDER:

On perusal of the record, it is evident that petitioners herein filed O.S.Nos.51, 53, 54, 55, 56 and 57 of 2016 before the Junior Civil Judge, Suryapet, claiming right over the subject property. If at all aggrieved for payment of any compensation amount to the unofficial respondents/ petitioners herein, it is open for them to obtain appropriate orders in the above said suits.

Having approached the civil court, the petitioners cannot maintain parallel proceedings before this court by way of writ petition.

Accordingly and with the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
