O R D E R

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit the petitioners pray that this Honourable court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ Order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not canceling the patta and tax receipt which was issued by the respondents 4 and 5 in favour of 6th respondent in respect of land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.36 gts (part), in Sy. No. 59/A/4 of Maikode Village, Manoor Mandal, Sangareddy District as illegal and capricious and consequently direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 15-10-2018 forthwith and pass such other orders as may be deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case.'

The petitioner claims to have made representation dated 15.10.2018 to the Tahsildar, Manoor Mandal, Sangareddy District, in relation to his action in issuing a patta to the unofficial respondent herein, viz., the 6th respondent.

Learned counsel is however unable to state as to whether the Tahsildar, Manoor Mandal, would have the power of reviewing his earlier order.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner is entitled to file an appeal if he is aggrieved by the action of the Tahsildar, Manoor Mandal. Without choosing to avail the said remedy, the petitioner cannot claim any legally redressable grievance with regard to the alleged inaction on the part of the Tahsildar in connection with his representation.

The writ petition is utterly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
