HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.47749 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition contending that he had made a representation in November 2018 requesting the additional permanent supply of electrical energy to the Assistant Divisional Engineer, Operation Circle West, TSSPDCL, Greater Hyderabad, and that the said representation has not been disposed of. Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, states that 3rd respondent will dispose of the said representation within six weeks and communicate its decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to dispose of the said representation within six weeks and communicate its decision to the petitioner.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
