Heard Mr.C.Hanumantha Rayudu for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

After perusing the affidavit and counter filed by respondent, this Court is satisfied that the petitioner needs to work out the grievance against endorsement dated 29.01.2018 given by the respondent in accordance with law. The endorsement or contents of endorsement cannot be the subject matter of contempt case.

By granting liberty to challenge the endorsement dated 29.01.2018, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
