THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 42580 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not paying compensation to the petitioners on par with the other 230 project-affected families as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Radhieve Reddy, learned counsel, attached to the Office of the learned Advocate General, on instructions, submits that the petitioners' claim is genuine and the respondents are ready to pay the compensation on par with the other 230 project-affected families.

Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is allowed directing the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioners as was done in the cases of other claimants, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
