Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.4, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record.

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A.4 to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 08.09.2017 passed in Crl.M.P. No.1066 of 2017 by the VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gudur, S.P.S.R. Nellore district. Vide the order dated 08.09.2017 in Crl.M.P. No.1066 of 2017, the Court of Sessions was pleased to allow the bail application of the petitioner and others imposing certain conditions. Under these circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner/A.4 is modified by directing him to appear before the Station House Officer concerned on every 2nd and 4th Sunday between 08-00 a.m. and 09:00 a.m. till filing of the charge sheet.
