O R D E R
The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the respondents in not considering petitioner representation dated 10.9.2018 received by the respondents 11.9.2018, wherein petitioner sought the respondents to issue digital passbook and investment subsidy in respect of the land for an extent of Ac.10.00 gts in Sy.Nos.622/A (622/1) situated at Rudraram village, despite the fact that petitioner has purchased the said land by way of registered sale deed for valid consideration from petitioner vendors and by the Judgment and decree dated 1.8.2016 in O.S.No.
164/2017, the Hon'ble Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy declared petitioner as owner and possessor of the subject land and the said Judgment and decree has become final and pursuant to the interim order of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.39949/2014, dated 30.12.2014, the 3rd respondent rectified the entries in revenue records by incorporating petitioner name of pattadar vide Proceedings No. B1/347/2016, dated 4.4.2016, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to issue digital passbook and investment subsidy in petitioner favour in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.10.00 gts in Sy.No.
622/A (622/1) of Rudraram village, Patancheru Mandal, Sangareddy district as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to issue digital passbook and investment subsidy in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.10.00 gts in Sy.No.622/A (622/1) of Rudraram village, Patancheru Mandal, Sangareddy district in petitioner favour and pass such other or further orders as are deemed fit and proper.'
10.09.2018 was addressed to the District Collector, Sangareddy, the appropriate authority to deal with the matter would be the Tahsildar, Patancheru Mandal. He would further state that representation dated 26.06.2018 was made to the Tahsildar, Patancheru Mandal, and was received by the Tahsildar's office on the same day. In that view of the matter, as it is not open to the revenue authorities to keep the representation pending indefinitely, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Patancheru Mandal, Sangareddy District, to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2018 in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
