The grievance of the petitioner is that appeal filed by him against the report dated 13-03-2015 is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperation produced written instructions saying that since the appeal is time barred, the same was rejected on 19-03-2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that no copy of order is served on the petitioner.

In view of the same, the concerned authority is directed to serve a copy of order rejecting the appeal to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
