01. This Court disposed of writ petition holding that petitioner is entitled to calculation of increments from the date of suspension from service to the date of reinstatement and a direction was issued to calculate the notional increments. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents produced pay slip of the petitioner reflecting the crediting of amount by calculating the incremental amount payable, as directed by this Court. Learned Standing Counsel also produced a photo copy of orders increasing the pay, in consequent implementation of increments as directed by the Court.
