THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.43276 of 2017 ORDER:

The second respondent issued Notification No.14/2017 on 14.04.2017 to fill up the posts of Trained Graduate Teachers in Residential Institutions Societies in the State of Telangana and the petitioners submitted their applications online within the stipulated date i.e., on 04.05.2017. They are eligible for the said post. The written test was conducted on 20.07.2017, 29.08.2017 and 30.08.2017 and the results of the examinations were declared, but the results of the petitioners were not declared. The final selection list was prepared on 25.11.2017 and 28.11.2017 and the numbers of the petitioners did not appear in the final selection list. The petitioners submitted representations for declaring their results and when the same were not being disposed of, the present Writ Petition was filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed mistake in darkening the circle 'I' instead of '0' and also bubbling the hall ticket number wrongly in a hurry and examination tension. In that connection they filed representations, but till date the same are not being disposed of. 3.

So far as the issue relating to wrong bubbling or mistakes not relating to the merit of the candidates was concerned, this Court in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch, by order, dated 30.11.2017, directed the respondents therein to evaluate the answer scripts and depending on the marks obtained by them, shall take further action.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
