Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. However, he has contended that the respondents are not permitting the petitioner to join at Macherla MPPS School in Gattupalli Mandal, in pursuance of transfer orders dated 10.7.2018.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-I, for respondents had contended that the case of the petitioner will be considered by allowing him to join in pursuance of the transfer orders dated 10.7.2018 at Macherla MPPS School in Gattupalli Mandal. In view of the above submission, permission is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the respondents are at liberty to allow the petitioner to join duty at Macherla MPPS School in Gattupalli Mandal, in pursuance of the transfer orders dated 10.7.2018, if the petitioner reports to duty, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
