This revision is filed by the petitioners, aggrieved by the order dated 21.11.2017 in I.A.No.1312 of 2017 in SROP No.5 of 2017 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Ongole. 2.

Notices to the advocates appearing for respondents 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 are served, respondents 3 and 10 returned as insufficient address, though sent to the self same addresses, thereby, there is no necessity or ordering of any fresh notice. None appeared for the respondents supra. Among respondents 1 to 26, respondents 13 to 26 are endorsed as Ex-Secretaries and Treasurers of the 1st respondent-Church.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the impugned order of the lower Court and prayers in the impugned petition, of which prayer No.2 is appointment of a receiver from the final adjudication of the lis. 4.

Having regard to the above and more particularly from perusal of para 1(a) and (b) of the impugned order of the lower Court, this Court feels it just to direct the trial Court to dispose of the main O.P. itself within five months from today. 5.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the impugned order. It is needless to say that the lower Court shall decide the main matter uninfluenced by the observations in the impugned order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
