ORDER

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.262 of 2014 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, on various grounds.

During hearing, counsel for petitioner Sri P.V.N. Kiran Kumar, requested this Court to issue a direction to the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, to dispose of the application filed by petitioner/accused under Section 239 of Cr.P.C., in Crl.M.P.No.4761 of 2014 in C.C.No.262 of 2014 pending on his file since 2014. 3.

Acceding to the request of the counsel for petitioner, without touching the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to direct the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, to dispose of Crl.M.P. No.4761 of 2014 in C.C.No.262 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
