The Criminal Petitions are disposed of, giving liberty to file application for discharge, with proper material, if charges not framed or for alteration of charges, including Section 216 Cr.P.C. In view of the difficulty expressed for all to attend, permission is granted, by virtue of this order, to file application under Rule 37 of Criminal Rules of Practice, before the lower court, after hearing, for necessary conditions, the lower court to grant, for one to represent others other than a specific direction for personal appearance.
