Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already made representation in respect of their grievance by way of notice dated 18-09-2017. As on today no action has been taken. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperation. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 and 4 to dispose of the representation, dated 18-09-2017, of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
