Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent nos.1 to 4. 2.

The petitioner has approached this Court stating that there is a possibility of 4th respondent not issuing pattadar pass book and title deeds to herself and respondent nos.5 to 7.

At this point of time, in my opinion, the Writ Petition is premature, and if really the 4th respondent does not issue pattadar pass book and title deed to them, then they will have a cause of action to approach this Court, but not otherwise.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as pre-mature. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
