Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner has questioned the endorsement dated 09.02.2017 of the 4th respondent by way of an appeal ROC. B1/389/2017 before the 3rd respondent under the provisions of B.S.O.15 (15) and contends that the said appeal which was filed in March, 2017 along with stay application is not being considered by the 3rd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondents states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said appeal within a period of three months.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the above appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and pending disposal of the said appeal, there shall be stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the endorsement dated 09.02.2017 of the 4th respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
