Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner's contention is that petitioner had applied for survey by paying requisite fee to 2nd respondent on 17-07-2017 and that 2nd respondent has not acted thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that 2nd respondent will cause the survey to be done of the land claimed by the petitioner within two months after giving notice to the petitioner and all other affected parties.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to cause the survey to be done of the land claimed by the petitioner within two months after giving notice to the petitioner and all other affected parties. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
