Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that she had sought a survey of the land claimed by her before 4th respondent and though notices had been issued on 18-09-2017, the last one being on 16-10-2017, by the Mandal Surveyor attached to the office of 4th respondent, survey is not being carried out.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will take appropriate action thereon and that the Mandal Surveyor attached to the office of 4th respondent will complete the said survey within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to take appropriate action thereon and that the Mandal Surveyor attached to the office of 4th respondent will complete the said survey within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
