HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.47527 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in trying to disposes the petitioner from her tea and coffee shop running in wooden bunk vide trade licence bearing TIN No.TL/ 09562/ 2016 situated at Housing Board Colony, Near Alipiri Bus Depot, Tirupati, without prior notice as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.

2) Though various grounds are raised learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to follow due process of law.

3) Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to remove the tea and coffee shop of the petitioner except in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. No order as to costs. 4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
