This Revision is filed by the petitioner assailing the inaction of the VI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Godavarikani in disposing of I.A.No.429 of 2018 in O.S.No.15 of 2018 on his file. 2.

This Court has called for a report from the said Officer. He has submitted a Report vide proceedings Dis.No.150/2019 dt.29.01.2019 explaining the cause for not disposing of the said I.A.

Having regard to the same, the VI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Godavarikani is directed to decide I.A.No.429 of 2018 in O.S.No.15 of 2018 on his file, on or before 16.02.2019 without fail.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
