O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Maddur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, is not conducting an enquiry as per the directions of the District Collector, Mahabubnagar, vide letter dated 08.02.2018. The petitioner's complaint appears to be with regard to the unofficial respondents herein, viz., respondents 8 and 9 obtaining loans from banks on the strength of alleged duplicate pattadar passbooks and title deeds. It is not brought out in the affidavit as to what is the locus of the petitioner in relation to the alleged illegal activities of the unofficial respondents.

The writ petition does not profess to have been filed in public interest. In the absence of the petitioner demonstrating his locus to maintain the writ petition, this Court must necessarily infer that he is trying to settle his personal scores with the unofficial respondents. The writ petition is utterly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
