HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that even though complaint is filed by the petitioner on 13.06.2016 (mentioned in the prayer as well as in the body of affidavit as 13.06.2018), crime is not registered and the same amounts to arbitrary exercise of power. 2.

On instructions, learned Government Pleader would submit that no such complaint is filed as alleged and, therefore, question of Police not registering the crime and not undertaking the investigation does not arise.

Having regard to this statement of learned Government Pleader, counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to file fresh complaint. 4.

Granting such liberty, Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
