"This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of thc Code of Crirninal Proccdure, 1973, is filed by thc petitioner/A.3, for grant of bail in Crimc No.606 of 2018 of Grchibowli Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the offenccs punishable under Section 25(lB)(b) of Arms Act, 1959 and Section 20(bxiD(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.3, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused thc record. 3.
As per the material placcd on record, no ganja was scized from the possession of the petitioner/A.3. Further, trvo kilograms of ganja is alleged to havc been seized from the possession of A.l and A.2 in this crime on 29.07.2018. Thc learned Additional Public Prosecutor contended that the petitioner/A,3 is a supplicr of ganja and he is involved in other criminal cases. It appears that this petitioner/A.3 is nrade an accused, pursuant to the confession made by the other accused in this crime. Under these circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A.3 on some conditions. 4.
Accordingly, the petitioner/A.3 is ordered to bc releascd on bail on his exccuting a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,0001 (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned XII Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-Spccial
Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Prohibition & Excise Cases at L.B,Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. After release on bail, the petitioncr/A.3 shall report before the Station House Officer, Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, on every Sunday befween 09:00 AM and 10:00 AM, till filing of the charge-sheet. 5.
The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, allowed.
