THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 40663 of 2017 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of respondent No.3 in issuing impugned notice bearing No.GP/SKP/23/2017, dated 17.11.2017, in respect of petitioner's shop bearing No.H-8 hereby the previously entered lease agreement between the petitioner and respondent No.3, dated 30.05.2013 is being unilaterally modified by respondent No.3 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unreasonable and infringing the valuable rights of the petitioner and consequently set aside the same and pass appropriate orders and award costs.. ......" When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 21.03.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.40462 of 2017.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of. Office to enclose a copy of the order in W.P.No.40462 of 2017 to this order.
