HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.47254 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the land admeasuring 2,380.29 square yards in old Sy.No.287 New Sy.No.334/ 5/ A of Thimmapuram Gram Panchayat, Kakinada, East Godavari District, without issuing any notice, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.

2) The grievance of the petitioners appears to be that without issuing any notice, the respondents are trying to dispossess them from the subject land and seeking a direction to the respondents to follow due process of law.

3) Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to interfere with the subject property except in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. No order as to costs. 4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
