THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43992 of 2017 ORDER :

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent issued the impugned notice dated 21.11.2017 alleging that she has encroached the Gram Panchayat land to an extent of 172 sq.yds. and constructed the Saw Mill and directed to remove the unauthorised construction and handover the vacant possession within 7 days, pursuant to which, she submitted a reply on 6.12.2017, but without passing any orders, the respondents are trying to take coercive steps against her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has purchased the said property through a registered sale deed.

Heard Sri Chimalapati Ravi, learned standing counsel for 4th respondent.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to raise all the objections before the 4th respondent by placing all the relevant documents and the 4th respondent is directed to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.12.2017 along with relevant papers and pass orders after affording opportunity to the petitioner. Till passing of final orders, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, pending Miscellaneous Petitions stands closed. __________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 22nd December, 2017 Tsr
