"This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A.3 in Crime No.346 of 2017 of Jangaon Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 306 I.P.C. r/w Section 511 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-A.3 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, apart from perusing the material available on record.

In the course of submissions made by both sides and as per the record, it has come to light that the petitioner-A.3 is the brother of A.1. He along with other accused in this case demanded the wife of A.1 to pay her salary to them. It is alleged that the petitioner-A.3 along with other accused demanded the wife of A.1 for additional dowry. The other accused in this case were granted regular bail vide
Crl.M.P. No.1299 of 2017 dated 05.10.2017 and Crl.M.P. No.1391 of 2017 dated 25.10.2017. Having regard to the nature of allegations and the material collected so far, the petitioner-A.3 is entitled to bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 4.
In the result, the petitioner-A.3 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Jangaon Police Station, Warangal District, within a period of 15 days from today. On such surrender, the Station House Officer, Jangaon Police Station, shall release the petitioner-A.3 on bail on the petitioner-A.3 executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said S.H.O. On release, the petitionerA.3 shall abide by the conditions mentioned in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and cooperate with the investigating officer. The petitioner-A.3 shall also attend before the Station House Officer, Jangaon Police Station, on every Sunday between 9-00 a.m. and 10-00 a.m. till filing of the charge sheet.
