This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is filed by the petitioner, requesting to punish the respondent for his wilful and deliberate non-compliance of the order, dated 13.06.2017, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4902 of 2012.

In the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition (Telangana) would submit that the respondent had complied with the order, dated 13.06.2017, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4902 of 2012.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
