HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7211 of 2017 O R D E R:

This revision is filed against the order dated 20-10-2017 in I.A.No.771 of 2016 in O.S.No.259 of 2011 on the file of Senior Civil Judge's Court, Bhimavaram, wherein and whereby the petitioner's application filed under Sections 35 and 36 of Indian Stamp Act read with Order 13, Rule 13 and Section 151 C.P.C. to mark Exs A2 and A3 was dismissed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner could not bring to my notice any infirmity in the order passed by the Court below. A perusal of the impugned order also goes to show that the Court below held that the documents sought to be marked are proceedings of Deputy Commissioner, Endowments Department, Auction Conditions and Auction list which are not required to be registered and no stamp duty is required. Such finding could not be assailed by learned counsel for the petitioner. The Court below also held that with a view to delay and drag on the proceedings, the petitioner filed the petition and similarly the CRP is filed only to drag on the proceedings.

In view of the same, I do not see any infirmity in the order passed by the Court below and absolutely there are no merits in the CRP and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the CRP is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision, shall stand closed.
