It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in WP No.42915 of 2018 dated 27.11.2018 and same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the order dated 27.11.2018 in WP No.42915 of 2018, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners from the subject property, without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
