Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the respondent-authorities are not laying electricity lines from the petitioner's lands, but it is Power Grid Corporation which is laying electricity lines. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition against Power Grid Corporation.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
