CVNR,J & TA,J W.P.No.43933 of 2017 05.01.2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in exercising powers under Section 14 of the Central Excise Act, 1944, including issuing summons, dated 15.12.2017, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently, to set aside summons, dated 15.12.2017.

At the hearing, Mr.S.Niranjan Reddy, learned senior counsel representing Mr.Avinash Desai, learned counsel for the petitioner, has sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. 3.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, I.A.No.1 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
