HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 8645 of 2003 O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring that the petitioner is entitled to absorption as Conductor on regular basis in accordance with the ranking at Sl.No. 58(A) in the approved / selection list pursuant to the Notification dated 30.01.1989 with all consequential benefits.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents - Corporation, has submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent - Regional Manager, by Proceedings No.P3/ 255(1)/ 2007-RM:MR, dated 23.10.2008, regularized the petitioner's services as Conductor Grade-II with effect from 05.10.2007.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are required to be passed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
