HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.12392 of 2017 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.45 of 2017 on the file of Charminar Women Police Station, South Zone, Hyderabad.

Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 14.10.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, South Zone, Hyderabad, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, vide C.C.No.156 of 2017. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
