THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY Crl.P.M.P.Nos.01 and 02 of 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION NO.12413 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Crl.P.M.P.Nos. 1 and 2 of 2017 These two Petitions are filed under Section 320(2) and 320(6) Cr.P.C. seeking leave of this Court to compound the offence punishable under Section 381 IPC and to record compromise in Cr.No.396 of 2017 on the file of Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad, as the matter is settled as they entered into compromise outside of the Court due to invention of elders.

De facto complaint and the petitioner/ accused are present in person and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. On enquiry, the parties stated that they settled the issue outside the Court due to intervention of elders and well-wishers and they intend to lead peaceful life.

In the above circumstances, these two Petitions are ordered permitting the parties to compound the said offence to record compromise.

Crl.P.No.12413 of 2017 In view of the orders passed in Crl.P.M.P.Nos. 1 and 2 of 2017, the present Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Cr.No.396 of 2017 on the file of Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad, are

quashed. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the joint memo to this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand dismissed.
