We are of the view that all that needs to be done now is for the first respondent to take a decision on the request given for inter-state transfer. Let that be taken and communicated to the petitioners within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and a copy of this writ petition. The petitioner is authorized to place such copies before the officer concerned. All other issues are left open. 3.

The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
