HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.24701 & 39744 of 2017 ORDER:

Counsel appearing for parties would submit that these two Writ Petitions are consequential to the order of rejection dated 24.11.2017, which is impugned in Writ Petition No. 12754 of 2017.

This Court by order dated 27.11.2017 allowed the Writ Petition No. 12754 of 2017. The operative portion of the order reads thus: (a) The Order No. AP/RO/GNT/39974/7A Notice/C.I/K.I/D-1/2016/1599 dated 24.11.2016, is set aside.

(b) The petitioner is given liberty to represent the review petition confirming to the requirement of para 79-A of EPF Scheme, within four weeks from today. (c) The second respondent, on receipt of review petition is directed to consider the review in accordance with law affording opportunity to the petitioner, examine the record and pass orders expeditiously.

In view of the above, these two Writ Petitions are also allowed in accordance with and in terms of the order in W.P.No. 12754 of 2017 dated 27.11.2017.
