Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Counsel on both sides state that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.04-03-2015 in W.P.No.4595 of 2015 and batch.

Therefore for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed, the memo of the 2nd respondent dt.01-12-2011 is set aside and the 4th respondent is directed to register the document presented by petitioners under the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and Stamp Act, 1899, without reference to the said memo. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
