Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy of approaching the District Level Committee for deletion of the property from the prohibited list.

Giving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
