Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleaders for Revenue and Home.

Since, the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2015 seeking for regularization of his occupation of the subject plot No.190, Block No.B, NGOs colony, Bhakthavastala Nagar, Nellore, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.296 Revenue (Assn-I) Department dated 12-08-2015, is stated to be pending with the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing said authority to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, and till such disposal, petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the subject plot. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
