This Transfer CMp is filed under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure by the petitioner-wife seeking withdrawal of Op.No.1965 of 2018 pending on the file of the IV Additional District Judge-cum_l Additional Family Court, R.R. District at L.B.Nagar, and to transler the same to the Family Court at Vij ayawada for trial along with FCOP.No.1401 ol 2018 pending on rhe file of that Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to submit that in view of the changed circumstances from 0r.01.2019, this Transfer cMp may be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for the said relief.
