Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge petitioners/Sole accused, in Cr.No. 36712017 on the file of P.S. Sircilla Rajanna District, in the event of his arrest in the above crime interest of justice. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated. 06-12-2017 made in Crl.P.No. 1176612017 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Ashok Goud Ponnam, Advocale for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor (TG)for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

" This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in CRLP.No.11766 of 2017 dated 06.12.2017 being that the petitioner shall attend before the police station on every Sunday between 09.00 am and 10.00 am till filing charge sheet.

There is no adverse report with regard to the compliance of the above condition since its imposition. The Public Prosecutor does not refute the said submission. Hence, the condition, which is to the effect that the petitioner shall attend before the police station on every Sunday between 09.00 am and 10.00 am till filing charge sheet, is relaxed.

The petition is allowed."
