...RespondenUComplainant Petition under Section 482 R/w 439 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumslances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 12-12-2017 in Crl.P.No. 11650 of 2017, in so far as directing the Petitioner to report before the Station House Officer, Police Station, ClD, TS., Hyderabad on every Sunday between 08:00 ANtl and 10:00 AM, till filing of the charge sheet is concerned in the interest of Justrce. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and the orders of the High Court dated 12-12-2017 made in Crl.P. No. '1 1650 of 2017, and upon hearing the arguments of SRI A.BHUVAN SUNDER REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (TG), for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:
This application is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.2 and 3 seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed in order dated 12.12.2017 in Criminal Petition No. 11650 of 2017. The condition being that the petitioners should attend the police station concerned on every Sunday between 8 .r.m. and 10 a.m. till filing charge sheet.
Learned counsel for the petitioners now submits that the petitioners have been complying with the above condition, without any default since imposition. Learned Public Prosecutor also does not refute the said submission. Hence, considering the above, the condition is relaxed partially. The petitioners are directed to appear before the Station House Officer, C.l.D. Police Station, T.S., Hyderabad, on 1't and 3'd Sundays between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. of every month till filing charge sheet.
