Heard Smt.K.V.Rajasree for petitioner and Mr.C.Appaiah Sharma for respondent No.3.

The petitioner challenges flouted tender notification dated 28.11.2017 by adding a new condition, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The impugned tender is issued for a period of one year. The period for which the tender is flouted since is completed and that by virtue of the interim order granted by this Court, the writ petition is rendered ineffective. Keeping in view the above circumstances, neither counsel made submission on merits. The Court, by taking note of the above circumstances, dismisses the writ petition.
