The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are trying to evict her from the subject land without following due process of law. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that respondents will not dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law.

Recording the above submission, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without follow the due procedure under law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
