The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner company represented by its authorized signatory submitted application dated 27.10.2018 in Form 6A as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, to the 2nd respondent for mutation of it's name in the revenue records and for issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.46 cents, Ac.0.28 cents and ac.0.15 cents in Sy.Nos.87/4, 87/5 & 87/20, situated in T.Burjavalasa Village of Dattirajeru Mandal, Vizianagaram District. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioner dated 27.10.2018 is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the said application, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
