This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of order dated 28.12.2016 passed in W.P.No.26041 of 2011. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid order, appropriate orders were already passed under the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

In view of the same, no further proceedings are required in the present Contempt Case and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
