This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 07.11.2017 in I.A.No.999 of 2017 in O.S.No.126 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the revision, both parties filed a memo before the trial Court to refer the matter to Lok Adalat for settlement. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this revision petition.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
