It is the case of the petitioner that she made an application on 12.12.2018 through Mee-seva for modification and deletion of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2-00 cents in Sy.No.1207/ 1 situate at Dhone, from the register under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, 3rd respondent is directed to consider the application filed by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
